Procedure for the registration for the conference

Until March 19 April 2, 2018 - participants register for the conference.
Untill April 9, 2018 -  the authors upload the papers in their personal account at the conference site. The papers must follow the two-column A4 format of an IEEE Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings. In the title of the file write down: the name of the author who is making a presentation_the first word of the title of the paper_English, for example: Petrov_Problems_eng, - in .doc format.

For each paper you must specify the preferred type (plenary, sectional or poster) and necessarily the thematic section to which you refer.

Before May 7, 2018 - submitted papers will undergo peer review. The Organizing Committee will send a response confirming the acceptance of the paper for publication.

After receiving information on the acceptance of the paper, authors should:

Untill May 21, 2018 - pay for participation in the conference.

Untill June 4, 2018 - upload IEEE Electronic Copyright Transfer Form in their personal account at the conference site.

The Organizing Committee will send a personal invitation and a preliminary program of the conference after receiving the payment.

Submitted papers will be published in the proceedings by the beginning of the conference.

Papers of IEEE members prepared in English, drawn up in accordance with the two-column A4 format of an IEEE Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings, will be submitted for inclusion in the collection of the IEEE Xplore Electronic Library indexed in Scopus.

If you want to hold a round table, master class or training, please send an annotation of the event (volume about 1 page) no later than April 9, 2018. For the round table, it should be indicated what the problem is and its relevance, as well as the intended circle of participants. For the master class and training indicate the duration, short program and target audience.
